Kristin is a diverse and accomplished Human Capital professional with over twenty years of domestic and international experience.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.  She has worked with companies such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Proxicom in the DC, NYC, SF, London and Paris Markets.

As President, Kristin is responsible for overseeing the general management and operations of the business, with a concentration on organizational development, finance, Facilities Management, and risk management.
